Exemptions for homestead vendors and small farms
As added by P.L.163-2026, SEC.7.
A person that:
- (1) is a homestead vendor (as defined in IC 16-42-5.4-1 ); or
(2) operates a small farm (as defined in IC 16-42-5.4-4 );
is exempt from the requirements of this chapter.
