Conditions of health and comfort
As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.25.
A food establishment must meet the following conditions:
- (1) Be adequately lighted, heated, drained, and ventilated.
- (2) Be supplied with uncontaminated running water.
(3) Have adequate sanitary facilities.
