Walls and ceilings; construction; washing

As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.25.
  1. (a) The sidewalls, woodwork, and ceiling of a food establishment must be made of an impervious material with a finish that is washable.
  2. (b) The sidewalls, woodwork, and ceiling must be kept washed clean with detergent and water.
