Anchoring storage containers

As added by P.L.98-2026, SEC.50.
  1. (a) A storage container must be anchored, as necessary, to prevent flotation or instability that may occur as a result of liquid accumulations within a secondary containment facility constructed in accordance with this chapter.
  2. (b) In addition to other means approved by the state chemist, a container is assumed to be anchored if product is contained and maintained within the storage container at least to the height of the secondary containment walls.
