- (a) A secondary containment area may not have a relief outlet or valve. The base must slope to a collecting spot where liquid can be discharged, by a manually activated pump, for use in the blending process or for proper disposal in accordance with all applicable laws.
- (b) Accumulated liquids in the secondary containment area must be promptly removed from the secondary containment area.
