CHAPTER 5

EXAMINATION, LICENSURE AND REGISTRATION

Section 1. Type of Examination. The written examination of applicants for licensure as physical therapists and registration as physical therapist assistants shall be the respective national examination recommended by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy.

Section 2. Passing Point of Written Examination. The Board will adopt the criterion-referenced passing point recommended by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy. The passing point shall be set to equal a scaled score of 600 based on a scale ranging from 200 to 800.
