The Commission shall charge the following fees:

| i. | Announcer Boxing/OTSB | $75 | ||
| j. | Matchmaker Boxing | $130 | ||
| k. | Promoter Representative | $150 | ||
| l. | National Registry Fee | $25 |
Note: If a person holding a second's license applies for a manager's license the amount paid for the second's license will be credited toward the fee for the manager's license.
