PURPOSE: This rule outlines the procedure for application for licensure as a veterinarian or registration as a veterinary technician.

the transcript shall, at the applicant’s expense, be translated into English, the translation shall be signed by the translator and the signature notarized by a notary public. The applicant shall provide the translated transcript to the board along with a copy of the official transcript. The applicant shall still require his/her official transcript be sent directly to the board by the school; and
