"Condominium instruments" means:

1. (1) the:

   1. (A) declaration;
   2. (B) bylaws;
   3. (C) plats; and

   4. (D) floor plans;

      of the condominium; and

2. (2) any exhibits or schedules to the items listed in subdivision (1).
