"Person" means:

1. (1) an individual;
2. (2) a firm;
3. (3) a corporation;
4. (4) a partnership;
5. (5) an association;
6. (6) a trust;
7. (7) any other legal entity; or

8. (8) any combination of the entities listed in subdivisions (1) through (7).
