CASE PROCESSING

CSES will determine the order in which cases will be processed, and the methods used to locate obligors, establish paternity or support, enforce orders for support, and collect and distribute collections.

CSES will establish case assessment criteria based on case circumstances and the probability of successful and costeffective results. All cases, however, will be processed.

Cases which CSES is not actively processing will be reviewed at least annually to determine the effect of any change in circumstances or additional information, and will reevaluate the case for further processing.

The obligee will be notified of the need for additional information which would cause CSES to reassess the case.
