CHAPTER XII

RECOVERY OF COSTS FROM THE ABSENT PARENT

CSES will request that the court order the obligor to award the state attorney's fees, court costs, and, where appropriate, reimbursement for the cost of genetic tests. CSES may waive the request for cost recovery as part of an agreement in which the obligor voluntarily resolves the matter in dispute.
