Section 1. In accordance with W. S. 33-12-123 and or authorized by W. S. 33-12-139 and W. S. 33-1-201 the Board has established the following Schedule of Fees:

| (e) | Esthetician license | $ 25.00 per year |
| (f) | Salon application fee | $200.00 includes current year license |
| (g) | Salon relocation fee | $150.00 |
| (h) | Salon license (renewal) | $ 50.00 per year |
| (i) | Salon/School late fee(up to 30 days) | $ 10.00 |
| (j) | Salon/School late fee(up to 60 days) | $ 20.00 |
| (k) | Salon/School late fee(up to 90 days) | $ 30.00 |
| (l) | School application fee | $300.00 |
| (m) | School license (renewal) | $150.00 |
| (n) | Endorsement fee | $150.00 |
| (o) | License reinstatement fee | $100.00 |
| (p) | Law book | $ 4.00 |
| (q) | Certification fee | $ 20.00 |
