| (g) Salon relocation fee | $ 115.00 |
| (h) Salon license (renewal) | $ 35.00 per year |
| (i) Salon/School late fee(up to 30 days) | $ 10.00 |
| (j) Salon/School late fee(up to 60 days) | $ 20.00 |
| (k) Salon/School late fee(up to 90 days) | $ 30.00 |
| (l) School application fee | $300.00 |
| (m) School license (renewal) | $150.00 |
| (n) Endorsement fee | $100.00 |
| (o) License reinstatement fee | $100.00 |
