Registration Categories and Schedules

(a) The department may register a person for one or more of the following categories of business activity:
1. (1) practitioner;
2. (2) pharmacy;
3. (3) hospital;
4. (4) manufacturer;
5. (5) researcher;
6. (6) teaching institution;
7. (7) distributor;
8. (8) analyst or analytical lab;
9. (9) EMSP;
10. (10) peyote distributor; or
11. (11) mid-level practitioner.
(b) The department may register a person for one or more of the following schedules:
1. (1) Schedule I;
2. (2) Schedule II (narcotic);
3. (3) Schedule II (non-narcotic);
4. (4) Schedule III (narcotic);
5. (5) Schedule III (non-narcotic);
6. (6) Schedule IV; or
7. (7) Schedule V.
