1. (a) The chair of the Board shall appoint committees from the Board's membership as appropriate to conduct the business of the Coordinating Board and shall designate the chair and vice chair of each committee.
2. (b) A committee meeting may be called by the committee chair. Each committee meeting shall be conducted by the designated committee chair, but each member of the Board may participate in all committee meetings and may vote on any committee actions.
3. (c) Committees will adopt recommendations on the agenda items for consideration by the Coordinating Board. In the event a decision cannot be reached by a committee on any agenda item, the Coordinating Board will consider that agenda item without a recommendation from the committee.
