1. (a) The chair of the Board shall appoint committees from the Board's membership as appropriate to conduct the business of the Coordinating Board and shall designate the chair and vice chair of each committee.
2. (b) A committee meeting may be called by the committee chair. The designated committee chair shall conduct each committee meeting.
3. (c) Committees will adopt recommendations on the agenda items for consideration by the Coordinating Board. In the event a decision cannot be reached by a committee on any agenda item, the Coordinating Board will consider that agenda item without a recommendation from the committee.
4. (d) Each member of the Board is an ex-officio member of each committee and may participate in all committee meetings and vote on any committee actions.
