1. (a) After a grant has been accepted and if there are no outstanding special conditions or other deficiencies, the Task Force may forward funds to the grantee. Funds will be disbursed to the grantee no more often than quarterly unless specific permission is granted in writing from the Director.
2. (b) Disbursement of funds is always subject to the availability of funds.
3. (c) Discretionary grant funds will be paid only after the expenditure report has been submitted. Funds must be expended, not obligated, before being included in the funding expenditure report.
