PURPOSE: This rule establishes and fixes various fees and charges authorized by section 324.522, RSMo.

1. (1) The operator of a tattoo, body piercing, or branding establishment shall pay a biennial license fee to the office as follows:

   1. (A) Establishment fee
   2. (B) Combined establishment
   3. (C) Establishment renewal
   4. (D) Combined establishment renewal

2. (2) The operator of a temporary tattoo, body piercing, and/or branding establishment shall pay a fee to the division as follows:

   1. (A) Temporary establishment (per event)
   2. (B) Combined temporary (per event)

3. (3) A person who wishes to practice as a tattooist, body piercer, or brander shall pay a biennial fee to the division as follows:

   1. (A) Practitioner
   2. (B) Renewal for practitioner
   3. (C) Combined practitioner
   4. (D) Renewal for combined practitioner

4. (4) Additional Fees:

   1. (A) Duplicate license fee
   2. (B) Bad check fee
