PURPOSE: This rule establishes and fixes various fees and charges authorized by section 324.522, RSMo.

1. (1) The operator of a tattoo, body piercing or branding establishment shall pay a biennial license fee to the office as follows:

   1. (A) Tattoo establishment
   2. (B) Body piercing establishment
   3. (C) Branding establishment
   4. (D) Combined tattoo, body piercing or branding establishment
   5. (E) Renewal for a tattoo, body piercing or branding establishment
   6. (F) Renewal for a combined tattoo, body piercing and/or branding establishment

2. (2) The operator of a temporary tattoo, body piercing and/or branding establishment shall pay a fee to the division as follows:

   1. (A) Temporary tattoo establishment (per event)
   2. (B) Temporary body piercing establishment (per event)
   3. (C) Temporary branding establishment (per event)
   4. (D) Temporary combined tattoo, body piercing and/or branding establishment (per event)

3. (3) A person who wishes to practice as a tattooist, body piercer, or brander shall pay a biennial fee to the division as follows:

   1. (A) Tattooist
   2. (B) Renewal for tattooist
   3. (C) Body piercer
   4. (D) Renewal for a body piercer
   5. (E) Brander
   6. (F) Renewal for a brander
   7. (G) Combined practitioner
   8. (H) Renewal for combined practitioner

4. (4) Additional Fees:

   1. (A) Duplicate license fee
   2. (B) Bad check fee
