PURPOSE: This rule describes the requirements and fees for obtaining permits for contests.
(10) business days before the date of a contest. The office will not approve permits for—
(2) Fees for professional boxing, professional kickboxing, professional full-contact karate, professional mixed martial arts, and amateur mixed martial arts permits are twenty-five dollars ($25) per contest, per day. Professional and amateur combined events permit fee is twenty-five dollars ($25) per contest, 20 CSR 2040-2
per day. Fees for wrestling permits are one hundred fifty dollars ($150) per contest, per

Such participation may be grounds for discipline.
$15.00 mit before any publicity is issued on the contest. Violation of this provision may be grounds for discipline.
