Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 20, § 2040-2.021
PURPOSE: This rule describes the requirements and fees for obtaining permits for contests.
(10) business days before the date of a contest. The office will not approve permits for—
(C) Bouts between professional and amateur contestants; or 20 CSR 2040-2
$400.00 testants competing in the same bout. $400.00 $ 40.00 (2) Fees for professional boxing, professional and amateur kickboxing, professional full- $ 30.00 $ 50.00 contact karate, professional mixed martial $ 50.00 arts and amateur mixed martial arts permits are twenty-five dollars ($25) per contest per $200.00 $ 20.00 day. Professional and amateur combined $ 20.00 events permit fee is twenty-five dollars ($25) per contest per day. Fees for wrestling per- $ 0.00 mits are one hundred fifty dollars ($150) per contest per day.
$15.00 such a permit or grant a limited, restricted, or conditional permit for any cause deemed sufficient by the office.
