$300 PURPOSE: This rule sets reexamination fees for professional engineers, engineers-intraining, land surveyors-in-training and professional land surveyors.
(1) The following reexamination/rescheduling application filing fees are established by the Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Landscape Architects:
- (A) Professional Engineer $ 50
- (B) Engineer Intern and Fundamentals of Engineering $ 50
- (C) Land Surveyor Missouri Specific $ 75
- (D) Principles and Practice of Surveying $ 50
- (E) Land Surveyor-in-Training and Fundamentals of Surveying $ 50
- (2) The provisions of this rule are declared severable. If any fee fixed by this rule is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction or by the Administrative Hearing Commission, the remaining provisions of this rule shall remain in full force and effect, unless otherwise determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or by the Administrative Hearing Commission.
- (3) In addition to the fees established in section (1) of this rule, the applicant shall pay FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION and Landscape Architects
the company or organization selected by the board to administer and/or score any required examination(s) such fee as is determined by agreement of the board and the selected company or organization to be appropriate.
