1. (1) The following reexamination/rescheduling application

$100 filing fee is established by the Missouri Board for Architects, $200 Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, and $200 Professional Landscape Architects: $ 50

1. (A) Professional Land Surveyor Missouri Specific $ 75

$200 $ 50 (2) The provisions of this rule are declared severable. If any $ 10 fee fixed by this rule is held invalid by a court of competent $ 25 jurisdiction or by the Administrative Hearing Commission, the remaining provisions of this rule remain in full force and effect, unless otherwise determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or by the Administrative Hearing Commission.

1. (3) In addition to the fees established in section (1) of this rule, the applicant shall pay the company or organization selected by the board to administer and/or score any required examination(s) such fee as is determined by agreement of the board and the selected company or organization to be appropriate.
