PURPOSE: This rule sets reexamination fees for professional engineers, engineers-intraining, land surveyors-in-training and professional land surveyors.
(1) The following reexamination/rescheduling application filing fees are established by the Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Landscape Architects:
- (A) Professional Engineer $ 50
- (B) Engineer Intern and Fundamentals of Engineering $ 50
- (C) Land Surveyor Missouri Specific $ 75
- (D) Principles and Practice of Surveying $ 50
- (E) Land Surveyor-in-Training and Fundamentals of Surveying $ 50
- (2) The provisions of this rule are declared severable. If any fee fixed by this rule is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction or by the Administrative Hearing Commission, the remaining provisions of this rule shall remain in full force and effect, unless otherwise determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or by the Administrative Hearing Commission. - (3) In addition to the fees established in section (1) of this rule, the applicant shall pay the company or organization selected by the board to administer and/or score any required examination(s) such fee as is determined by agreement of the board and the selected company or organization to be appropriate.
