PURPOSE: This rule prescribes the notice to be provided to the Securities Division upon the completion of an offering in Missouri.

1. (1) Within thirty (30) days of the completion of an offering in Missouri, the registrant shall provide a written statement to the Securities Division that states the following: 15 CSR 30-52

   1. (A) The date the offering was completed in Missouri; and
   2. (B) The number and amount of registered securities sold in Missouri.
2. (2) The written statement needs to be signed by an officer or director of the issuer or by an authorized signatory of the registrant.
