Ind. Code § 4-32.3-2-30

"Qualified card game"

"Qualified card game" refers to any of the following card games:

  1. (1) Euchre.
  2. (2) Texas hold'em poker.
  3. (3) Omaha poker.
  4. (4) Any other card game designated by the executive director.
