Ind. Code § 4-32.3-2-2
"Allowable event"
As added by P.L.58-2019, SEC.4.
"Allowable event" means:
- (1) a bingo event;
- (2) a casino game night;
- (3) a raffle;
- (4) a festival;
- (5) a sale of pull tabs, punchboards, or tip boards; or
(6) a gambling activity under IC 4-32.3-4-11 ;
conducted by a qualified organization in accordance with this article and rules adopted by the commission under this article.
