"Progressive bingo" means a bingo game in which, if no person matches the predetermined pattern of squares upon the card within a specified number of balls called, the same game will be played later:

1. (1) for an increased amount of money;
2. (2) for increased balls called; or
3. (3) as described in both subdivisions (1) and (2).
