Ind. Code § 16-42-5.4-6

Permitted items for sale; location of sales

  1. (a) The homestead vendor or the owner of a small farm may sell the items described in subsection (b) at:

    1. (1) property (as defined in section 3.5 of this chapter); or
    2. (2) a farmers market;

      directly to an end consumer.

  2. (b) A homestead vendor or the owner of a small farm may sell the following items primarily derived from a location described in subsection (a)(1) or (a)(2) directly to an end consumer:

    1. (1) Meat products:

      1. (A) raised at the individual's property; and
      2. (B) slaughtered, processed, and labeled in compliance with IC 15-17-5 .
    2. (2) Prepared foods, including baked goods.
    3. (3) Candy.
    4. (4) Produce.
    5. (5) Natural sweeteners.
    6. (6) Fruit spreads.
