Permitted items for sale; location of sales

(a) The homestead vendor or the owner of a small farm may sell the items described in subsection (b) at:
- (1) property (as defined in section 3.5 of this chapter); or
(2) a farmers market;
directly to an end consumer.
(b) A homestead vendor or the owner of a small farm may sell the following items primarily derived from a location described in subsection (a)(1) or (a)(2) directly to an end consumer:
(1) Meat products:
- (A) raised at the individual's property; and
- (B) slaughtered, processed, and labeled in compliance with IC 15-17-5 .
- (2) Prepared foods, including baked goods.
- (3) Candy.
- (4) Produce.
- (5) Natural sweeteners.
- (6) Fruit spreads.
