Ind. Code § 16-33-4-1
Armed forces of the United States defined
As added by P.L.2-1993, SEC.16. Amended by P.L.238-2025, SEC.51.
As used in this chapter, "armed forces of the United States" means the forces and components of the:
- (1) United States Army;
- (2) United States Navy;
- (3) United States Air Force;
- (4) United States Marine Corps;
- (5) United States Space Force; and
(6) United States Coast Guard.
