Ind. Code § 10-18-2-1

"World war memorial"

As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.9.

As used in this chapter, "world war memorial" means:

  1. (1) World War I memorial parks and artificial lakes in World War I memorial parks; or

  2. (2) World War I structures.
