Ind. Code § 10-18-2-14

Memorial use and rental

As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.9.
  1. (a) A county executive may allow any organizations of soldiers, sailors, and marines, and others to use any structure that is part of a world war memorial constructed under this chapter as a place for meetings and headquarters.
  2. (b) A county executive may allow a structure at a world war memorial to be used for any public purposes.
  3. (c) A county executive shall determine the terms and conditions of leasing space at a world war memorial under this section, including:

    1. (1) whether to charge rent; and
    2. (2) if rent is charged, the rental price.
