DEPARTMENT OR REGULATORY AGENCIES Colorado Medical Board RULE 110 - ACCEPTED MINIMUM SCORES ON THE FLEX EXAMINATIONS 3 CCR 713-10 [Editor’s Notes follow the text of the rules at the end of this CCR Document.] _________________________________________________________________________ Basis: The basis for adoption of this rule is CRS 12-36-104(1)(a) and 24-4-103. Purpose: The purpose of the adoption of this rule is to clarify the requirements of C.R.S. 12-36- 107(1)(a)(b) and (c) as it relates to the required minimum scores on the FLEX examination. DATE OF EXAM ACCEPTED SCORES Before June 1985 75 weighted average; Passed in one sitting: no scrambling or replacement of scores.

1. Between June 1985 and 75 each component; Both components must December 1993 be Passed within 7 years.
