(a) The current fee schedule shall appear in the official records of the Board's activities and shall be kept on file in the Board office.
(b) At the time of application, a copy of the current fee schedule shall be provided to applicants.
(c) Fees shall be payable in the exact amount, by money order or cashier's check, for all services and shall be paid in advance of the services rendered. Renewal fees may, in addition to money order or cashier's check, be paid by personal check.
(d) All fees collected by the Board are non-refundable.
Section 2. Fees. Services for which the Board charges a fee shall include but not be limited to the following fee schedule.
(a) Application Fee: $250 per applicant.
(b) EPPP Examination Fee taken in Wyoming: Actual cost of the examination per PES plus 20% of that cost for administration fees.
(c) EPPP Examination Fee taken outside Wyoming: Actual cost of the examination per PES plus 40% of that cost for administration fees.
(d) Initial License Fee: $200
(e) Initial Certification Fee: $200
(f) Provisional License Fee: $200
(g) Annual License Renewal Fee: $200
(h) Annual Certification Renewal Fee: $200
(i) Late Fee for License or Certification Renewal: $100 (j) License or Certification Verification Fee: $25
(k) Examination Rescheduling Fee: $50 plus administrative fees as specified in (b) or (c) and any increase in application and examination fees.
(l) Replacement Document Fee: $25
(m) Restoration of Lapsed License Fee: $250
(n) Copy of Statute and Rules and Regulations: $25
(o) Copy of Application Packet: $25
