(a) Fees shall be payable in the exact amount for all services and shall be paid in advance of the services rendered.
(b) All fees collected by the Board are non-refundable.
Services for which the Board charges a fee include but are not limited to the following:

| (g) | Annual Certification Renewal Fee: | $200 |
| (h) | Late Fee for License or Certification Renewal: | $200 |
| (i) | License or Certification Verification Fee: | $15 |
| (j) | Replacement Document Fee: | $25 |
| (k) | Restoration of Expired License Fee: | $200 |
| (l) | Non-sufficient funds fee will be charged in accordance with W.S. 1-1-115. |
