CHAPTER III

PHYSICAL THERAPY AND PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT TRAINING

Section 1. Physical Therapy Courses Approved by the Wyoming Board of Physical Therapy. The Board of Physical Therapy shall license only those applicants who are graduates of schools of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Section 2. Physical Therapy Assistant Courses Approved by the Wyoming Board of Physical Therapy. The Board of Physical Therapy shall register only those applicants who are graduates of schools of physical therapy assistants approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Section 3. Foreign Trained Physical Therapists. Pursuant to W.S. 1977 33-25-105 foreign trained physical therapists must be graduates of physical therapy institutions of learning which are approved by the accrediting agency in the country in which they received their training and subject to the approval of the Wyoming Board of Physical Therapy upon review of the applicants credentials.
