Section 1. Time and Place of Meetings. The Board shall meet at least twice annually and at such other times as is deemed necessary for the transaction of business. The location of the meeting shall be determined by the Board.
(a) In accordance with W.S. 16-4-401 through 16-4-407, all meetings of the Board shall be open to interested members of the public; with such exceptions as are specifically provided for by law.
(b) Public notice shall be given of the time and place of the Board meetings. Such notice shall be given sufficiently in advance of the meeting so interested parties may plan to attend.
Section 2. Board Decisions. No individual Board member shall make a decision concerning Board matters without first consulting/polling a quorum of the Board.
