CHAPTER I

PROMULGATION OF RULES

Section 1. Authority. The Wyoming State Board of Physical Therapy pursuant to W.S. 33-25-101 through 33-25-115 is authorized to prescribe the rules for carrying out the provisions of the law relating to the practice of physical therapy in the State of Wyoming.

Section 2. Revisions to the Rules and Regulations. In accordance with W.S. 1977 16-3-101 et seq., Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, compilation of these rules and regulations shall be revised as often as necessary and reviewed at least once every two years.

(a) Those portions of W.S. 1977 16-3-101 through 16-3-115, Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, which are applicable to the proposed revisions shall be followed.
