Section 1. Maintenance and Accessibility of Records. Any and all information provided to the Board of Physical Therapy shall be maintained and disclosed as provided in W.S. 1977 16-4201 et seq., and any other applicable statutes and/or rules and regulations.
Section 2. Mailing Lists. In accordance with W.S. 1977 33-25-104, the Board shall maintain records listing the name of every living physical therapist and physical therapy assistant licensed and registered respectively to practice in this state. This list shall also include his/her business and home address, the day and number of their license/registration and if known his/her area of expertise, professional interest or credentials. This list shall be published and revised each and every year. Copies shall be available to each licensed physical therapist, registered physical therapy assistant or governmental agencies on request, without charge, and copies shall be available for the general public at such cost as the Board shall designate.
