Section 1. Adoption of USPAP. The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) 2010-2011 Edition promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation is adopted without modification, including related Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) Statements and Comments. This adoption does not include any later amendments or editions of USPAP.
