(a) The term “Mass Separation” means a separation (permanently or for an indefinite period of time or for an expected duration of seven or more days), at or about the same time and for the same reason, of 25 or more workers employed in a single establishment.
(b) An employer will file with the Wyoming Employment Resources Center nearest such employer’s place of business, a mass separation notice which must include the layoff date and the period and amount of termination, severance, sick, or earned vacation payments, where applicable, for each employee. Such forms should be filed as soon as the employer has reason to believe a mass separation will take place, but shall be filed not later than five calendar days after such separation.
(a) Upon request by the Division, such employer shall furnish to the Division the names of the workers ordinarily attached to the department or establishment where unemployment is caused by a strike, lockout, or other labor dispute.
