CHAPTER 29

WAIVING INTEREST ON CONTRIBUTIONS

Section 1. By Whom. Requests to waive interest due on contributions shall be ruled on by the Employment Resources Division Administrator, or a duly authorized designee, if the amount of interest in question is $250.00 or less. If the amount of interest due on contributions is $250.01 or more, a request for waiving the interest shall be ruled on by the Commission.
