CHAPTER 29

WAIVING INTEREST ON CONTRIBUTIONS

Section 1. By Whom. Requests to waive interest due on contributions shall be ruled on by the Employment Resources Division Administrator if the amount of interest in question is $25.00 or less. If the amount of interest due on contributions is $25.01 or more, a request for waiving the interest shall be ruled on by the Commission.
