CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT DIVISION CHAPTER 7 CONSUMER CREDIT REPORTS AND REPORTING

Section 1. Obtaining Consumer Reports.

CSED may request a consumer report, in PA and Non-PA cases, from a consumer reporting agency pursuant to Section 604 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681b, as amended. Requests for consumer reports shall be made in compliance with federal and state law.

Section 2. Reporting to Consumer Reporting Agencies.

Information regarding overdue support more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), shall be provided on request and/or periodically to consumer reporting agencies pursuant to federal and state law.
