CHAPTER 5

PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION

Section 1. Child Support Program Income.

CSED shall administer child support program income in accordance with all applicable state and federal law.

Section 2. Program Monitoring.

(a) CSED shall track and monitor program statistics and support payments using the federally-required computerized support enforcement system.

(b) The computerized support enforcement system shall maintain data necessary to meet federal reporting requirements on a timely basis as prescribed by OCSE.

(c) The computerized support enforcement system shall maintain information pertaining to:

1. (i) Delinquency and enforcement activities;
2. (ii) Intrastate, interstate and Federal location of absent parents;
3. (iii) Establishment of paternity;
4. (iv) Establishment of support obligations;
5. (v) Collections and distribution of intrastate and interstate support payments.
