CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT DIVISION CHAPTER 10 SAFEGUARDING INFORMATION

Section 1. Safeguarding Information.

(a) Use or disclosure of information concerning applicants or recipients of support enforcement services is limited to purposes directly connected with:

(i) administration of the plan or program under parts A, B, D, E, or F of Title IV or under Titles I, X, XIV, XVI, XIX or XX or the SSI program established under Title XVI;

(ii) any investigative, administrative, or judicial proceeding conducted in connection with the administration of the plan;

(iii) other authorized uses allowed by 45 CFR 303.21.
