Any corporation or Partnership offering to practice professional engineering or professional land surveying must be registered with this Board.
(a) Corporations or Partnerships of engineers and/or land surveyors from other states must register with the Board and obtain a Certificate of Authorization in order to furnish professional engineering and professional land surveying services to corporations, partnerships, individuals, state and local government, etc., which are domiciled in or are residents of the state of Wyoming. In addition, the professional in charge of each engagement in Wyoming is required to be a Wyoming registrant.
(b) Firms performing professional services in Wyoming from more than one location outside the state must qualify the personnel at each location.
(a) Practice of engineering and land surveying in Wyoming is permitted in the corporation form authorized by Title 17 of the Wyoming Statutes, including professional corporations.
(b) Any action which causes the loss of the corporate charter voids all rights, registrations and privileges of the corporation to practice engineering or land surveying in Wyoming.
(c) Each corporation registered under this Act will meet the requirements specified under W.S. 33-29-134.
