ADMINISTRATION
Section 1. Director. The Director serves at the pleasure of the Governor, is the chief executive officer to the Commission, administers the organization and operation of the Wyoming Water Development Office staff, and carries out the program of the Commission in its policies and at its meetings.
Section 2. Employment of Personnel. The Director shall, subject to advice of the Commission, hire staff personnel.
Section 3. Signing of Contracts. All contracts, agreements, memorandums of understanding, or other documents of the Commission shall be signed by the Chairman and attested by the Secretary when authorized by the Commission, except that the Vice-Chairman shall sign if the Chairman is not available and an Acting Secretary may sign if the Secretary is not available. The Director may sign contracts if so authorized by the Commission.
