Section 1. Director. The Director serves at the pleasure of the Governor, is the chief executive officer to the Commission, administers the organization and operation of the Office staff, and carries out the programs of the Commission in its policies and at its meetings.
Section 2. Signing of Contracts. All contracts, agreements, memorandums of understanding, or other documents of the Commission shall be signed by the Chair and attested by the Secretary when authorized by the Commission, except that the Vice-Chair shall sign if the Chair is not available and an Acting Secretary may sign if the Secretary is not available. The Director, his designee, or other members of the Commission may sign contracts if so authorized by the Commission.
